The 2FM can monitor one or two flow meters. The 2FM is powered by 2 AAA alkaline batteries. Security tapes are provided to seal the battery cover. The system can be set to count ounces, liters, gallons, glasses or any other measuring unit of your choice. The meters are read using the LCD screen and by pressing the Line button on the front panel. An optional reset key switch is available for people who wish to clear their counters daily.

Each flow meter is wired to the 2FM and connected to the 3 m (10ft) cable using the crimp connectors supplied with the system. The LCD back light can be activated using the light button. The electro-luminescent pad will turn itself off automatically after 3 seconds.

Batteries life expectancy

The 2FM goes into sleep mode after ½ second when the flow meters are inactive.
Using the light reduces the life expectancy of the batteries.
