POS reconciliation interface
People who will use this interface are not concerned so much with locking the control system to their POS terminal but rather look for a fast and accurate method for reconciling the beverage dispensed in their bar with the registered sales.

It can sometimes be a preferred alternative to the live interfaces if the POS software is not equipped with a mixed drink database listing the POS menu items and the expected pour spouts and size needed to dispense them.
Our software are equipped with an easy to configure drink composition database which will list the the expected amount of beer or liquor to be dispensed for each POS item. All that is required from the POS software is the ability to export a sales report in .txt or .csv format.
Operation:
The software will save the poured counters on the hard disk at preset times corresponding to the bartender’s work shifts. A sales report from the POS software containing the item numbers and quantities sold is exported to the hard disk also.
To reconcile sales with the poured counters, the manager will use the "Sales reconciliation work sheet" of our software selecting the counters for a specific period and the corresponding exported sales report. In a few mouse clicks, the sales report will be scanned by the software, the number of items sold converted and matched with the recorded poured counters for each brand.

A discrepancy report will be printed a seconds. Management can reconcile sales daily for each shift or let the systems save the data on disk to reconcile the whole week in just a few minutes work.
