TM200 Metered beer towers
SELF SERVICE BEER TOWERS
The TM200 beer tower was designed for bar owners who want to offer their customers an area where they can pour their own beer. It is an interesting way to distinguish yourself from competitors by offering something unique and fun. A self service table is a great way to
increase draft beer sales and create a party atmosphere in a bar, around a table, watching a sport event for example. Pouring draft beer is something that most people will
want to try at least once.
REAL-TIME METERING FOR YOUR BARTENDERS
The one-line TM200 meter is available with a “Serving“ counter on the first line of the display and the total count for the period on the second line. The “serving” counter shows the amount of beer being dispensed in the glass as people serve it. Three seconds after closing the faucet, the serving counter gets cleared, ready for another serving.
Because of this new real-time counter, this metering system becomes a tool for bartenders and managers as opposed to a tool used for controlling bartenders. As bartenders and management get used to serving beer with the TM200 tower, several things will happen:
1. Everyone will realize how fast draft beer pours out of the faucet. The TM200 will help increase everyone's awareness to the cost of waste and over pouring.
2. After a few days in use, the expected amount served per glass size is clearly defined as it is closely monitored by the staff and management. The TM200 is more than a beer meter, it is also a glass size monitoring system. It generates data in absolute real-time that can be used by the staff and management to decrease waste and monitor pour cost on an on going basis.
3. An accidental glass size change will be detected on the spot. The staff will be able to notify management of the problem immediatly and ask for corrective measures.
4. The serving counter can be used to train bartenders in using better pouring techniques.Best of all, with the TM200 tower, the bar is properly equipped to help prevent discrepancies and help everyone concerned in bringing the beer cost to its absolute lower limit.
