The Draft Manager Live is a great management tool for bars that have self-serve beer towers. The metering system can be centralized (Harpagon) or you can have one at each table (TM200/600). The system(s) will push the amount of beer served to the Draft manager Live every time a beer tap is used. The Live view monitor will display how much beer has been dispensed at each table at any time.

There is a feature in the system especially designed for managing self-serve tables to insure that the sales are registered in the point of sale system before a table can be reassigned to other customers.

The computer used to manage the tables with Draft manager Live could be at the bar right by the point of sale system. When customers are ready to leave, the person in charge clicks on the table to see how much beer has been served. A report can also be printed that will show the total beer served by brand at the table.

Upon registering the amount in the POS to invoice the customer, the Draft Manager will receive the POS transaction and compare it automatically with the amount of beer dispensed. If the amounts correspond, the cashier will be authorized to erase the transaction from the Draft manager screen and the table ca be used again with other customers.

An end of shift report will print automatically showing the total amounts served and registered at each table.
